By creating an account or using Menünden you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Menünden is a software-as-a-service platform for restaurants and cafés: QR digital menus, ordering, kitchen and waiter tools, payments integrations and reporting.
New accounts may receive a free trial. After the trial you need an active paid plan to continue using paid features. Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard, in the currency displayed there. Prices exclude taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added where required.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (or the billing portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Where you enable online payments, your guests' payments are processed by the payment provider you connect (such as Stripe, PayTR or iyzico) under that provider's terms, and funds are paid to your account with that provider. Menünden does not hold guest funds and is not a party to the payment between you and your guests. You are responsible for refunds, chargebacks and taxes on your sales.
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause interruptions.
You own the content and data you upload. You grant us the limited right to host and process it to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; where we process your guests' personal data for you, we act as your processor and you agree to use the Service in line with applicable data protection law.
The Service, its software and the Menünden brand belong to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or remain unpaid. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are provided in English for convenience; the Turkish version governs in case of any difference. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
