Going digital does not require a developer or a big budget. Here is how most owners get their menu live in about five minutes.
Step 1 — Create your account
Sign up with your email address. You can choose your language and currency, and start a free trial without entering a credit card.
Step 2 — Add your menu
- Type it in: add categories (Starters, Mains, Drinks…) and then products with name, price and an optional photo.
- Paste it: copy your existing menu from a document or message, paste it in the format
Dish name - Price, and let the importer create the products for you. - Upload a spreadsheet: import a CSV/Excel file if you already keep your menu in one.
Step 3 — Make it yours
Pick a template and colour theme, add your logo and cover image, and enable the languages your guests speak. Add allergen and nutrition details where you want them shown.
Step 4 — Print the QR codes
Create your tables and download a QR code for each one (PNG, SVG or PDF). Place them on tables, windows or stickers.
Step 5 — Go live
Scan a code with your own phone to test it. If you enable ordering, orders appear on the kitchen display and waiter panel in real time; online payment can be switched on when you are ready.
Tips for a great first menu
- Use short, clear descriptions and good photos for your top sellers.
- Group items logically and keep category names simple.
- Test on both iPhone and Android before printing codes in bulk.
